SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ArtemisPaw.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are ideally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates*.
If not free at the moment of purchase, the shipping cost, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please allow 10–15* business days shipping time. Shipping to different locations vary since we offer international shipping.
- If you are ordering from another country than United States, Australia, Canada or Europe the shipping time can not be calculated by us as we will need to use the shipping network of your country. We do not have any influence on the shipping time.
- We have no control over how long your post office will take to deliver your kit to your final destination.
- We are not liable for stolen packages, BUT we will always try to help and communicate with the courier so you get your order.
- We have different warehouses overseas and ship to the one best fit for your location.
- We are not liable for stolen packages.
- Please note: In order to maintain our high standards we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for customized orders placed after November 10th.
- All shipping companies work on business days which are defined as Monday – Friday, some may work on weekends but that's not guaranteed. So trackers will usually not update on the weekends.
- We are not liable for packages shipped to the wrong address because of a typo or wrong address placed on accident during purchase.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ArtemisPaw.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please always track the status of your package, as postal service providers usually do not inform us when further payments such as customs or taxes are due by the recipient.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will check the product and if applicable, refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free reship if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at hello@artemispaw.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
